I have been a member for a few months but I am just now strarting to set myself up as a freelance translator. My languages are french, spanish, portuguese, and english and I can do any combination.
I am struggling in putting together a stranslation resume Do I put only my experience that is relevant to translations or do I do a regular resume with my all work history?

Hallo NBURRIS, welcome to TranslatorPub.com. By getting your CV updated, you are doing the first step. You should put your experience in it and include some references.

Many clients dislike big attachments or attachments at all.

You can upload all your information to TranslatorPub.com and update your profile to the newest version of history. Then just include a link to your TranslatorPub.com profile and your client will be happy, as he as a good overview and can bookmark you easily.

This will be a good start for you and safes you the money for your own website.

Hello Nburris.
I'm a newcomer myself to Translator Pub.
I would say in your resume, do include your experience as an accountant and while working for the oil company in Texas. You already have a great specialization there, although it was not freelance experience. It still was experience in the world of translation - must have been exciting.
Good luck,
Jacquie
