I am perfectly fluent in French and English is my mother tongue; thus I can very easily and efficiently provide an extremely accurate translation in either of these languages. Furthermore, my various professional experiences, both in academia and in business-related ventures or companies provide me with an intuitive flexibility. My range of translation skills in French and English is at once varied and topical.

Diplômé en 1998 de La Cambre en design industriel, Jean-François D'Or a accumulé depuis lors une solide et diverse expérience. Tenant compte des impératifs des entreprises autant que des besoins des utilisateurs, ses démarches restent toujours tempérées par un devoir de justesse. Ses objets modestes, simples et logiques s'imposent par l'évidence et la lisibilité de leur concept autant que par leur poésie discrète. Edité par Cinna, Domani, Indera, Interni, Jongform, Konstantin Slawinski, Ligne Roset, Toss B, The Conran shop et d'autres, il a désormais trouvé la route de l'international. L’exposition s’attache avant tout à mettre en lumière ses sources d’inspiration et son univers mental fait de rigueur et de poésie.

Exhibition dedicated to the Belgian designer Jean-François D’Or

Since completing his degree at La Cambre in industrial design in 1998, Jean Francois D’Or has accumulated solid and diverse experiences. Always concerned with companies’ imperatives as much as users’ needs, his efforts constantly remain tempered by a commitment to accuracy. His modest, simple and logical objects command respect both for the readability and the clarity of their concept as well their discreet poetry. Edited by Cinna, Domani, Indera, Interni, Jongform, Konstantin, Slawinski, Ligne Roset, Toss B, The Conran shop and others henceforth he is on the road to international prominence. The exhibition hopes, above all, to shed some light on the sources of his inspiration as well as his mental universe articulated by precision and poetry
