Everybody knows that the buying force of dollars or euros is much higher in Third World countries than in the original emitting ones of these moneys. Internet translations (or every other work) will be so cheeper, and translators from Europe, Suth-Africa or the USA will not earn enough to continue this profession. Moreover nothing empedes that gangsters - translation offices - fail to pay at all for.
In this way - after 38 years of practice and two highest school studies and 10 languages I failed to earn by Internet anythying since August 2008 at months but was betrayed by Germans, Italians and North-Africans with a quite high sum of thousands. So were others too that were doing the same work unpaid.
I have not to be an economic genius like Adam Smith or Karl Heinrich Marx to observe that even honest Internet translator offices contribute to bankrupcy of First World translators by letting fees to concure negatively world-wide. Now, globalism shows to be dangerous.
Unfortunately so many mistakes... you should consider to redo your article and put some facts into your lines. Basically you are complaining about low rates and the aspects between third world language providers / translators vs. the western ones.
But - look at the latest statistics, where it shows that most profit is earned in those countries.
